Additional security for staff using EUCLID and BI Suite. When accessing sensitive student information in EUCLID and BI Suite reporting tools, staff are now required to make use of a Memorable Word, also occasionally known as their 'Second Challenge', in addition to their University Login details. How the 'Memorable Word' works Once set, when staff reach a site requiring it, they are prompted for 3 characters from their Memorable Word and allowed access if they are given correctly.
