Getting started with Text Anywhere

Request an account

To request an individual account, submit an IS Helpline form. Please select 'MyEd or your university login' as the subject  and request that your form is directed to IS LTW Portal Services. Note that we cannot set up group or team accounts.

Sending one-off texts

With the TextOnline option, you can quickly send texts to individuals and groups of users. You can use TextOnline to send to one or multiple numbers, or use contacts from your address book. You can schedule texts to be sent out at a later time.

Personalising group texts

With TextCampaign, you can personalise texts sent to groups of users, for example by including the recipient's name, or an appointment time.  The numbers and personalised content must be included in a CSV file that you upload.   Campaigns can be scheduled to go out at a specific date and time.
