The sending site is listed in a MAPS blacklist. The MAPS blacklists are operated by TrendMicro. Details of the blacklist and a link to the delisting procedure may be found on their website. Note that messages marked as being on the MAPS DUL, or dialup list, are deliberately put their by ISPs to prevent their customers from sending mail directly from their own services. If you are seeing a message saying that your mail was rejected because of a listing on the MAPS DUL then your ISP requires you to use their own mail submission service to send mail. Contact your ISP for more information. TrendMicro reputation website This article was published on 2024-10-08
