Groups entitled to use this service Staff and Visitor Staff may apply for access to manage functional accounts. Requesting Access to Manage Functional Accounts To obtain access, application must be made by the users Line Manager, school administrator or Head of Department. The VMS User Request Form must be completed and submitted. If there are any issues accessing the form, please email service.management@ed.ac.uk. You will be granted access to your existing Org Unit (called the default Org Unit). Once you have access there is an option to request additional Org Units, which will be confirmed in the email approving your access request.
