Here are the answers to our most frequently asked Adobe questions.

If you are on a University-managed device, you should download the 'Creative Cloud Desktop - User Self Service' app from the Software Center (Windows) or Self-Service Portal (mac).


Please visit the Adobe page linked below and sign in using your usual University credentials. From there, you should be able to download your Adobe Apps. Make sure you use the 'Company or School Account' option and NOT the 'Personal' option.


No - you will not be able to access your UoE account and files cannot be retrieved after you leave. Please backup your files before your account closes.


Your Adobe account can take up to an hour for this to become active.

 


You can free up space on your Adobe account by logging in to Adobe Assets.


  1. Visit https://assets.adobe.com/files
  2. Navigate to the subfolder containing the files you wish to download.
  3. To download files, select the 3 dots on the bottom right of each file and select download.

You can find courses via Digital Skills, LinkedIn Learning and Adobe.


  • Make sure you use the 'Company or School Account' option and NOT the 'Personal' option.
  • Make sure you have purchased a relevant license. All users can download the 'Adobe Creative Suite - Self Service User' app from the Software Center but you will only have access to the apps you have purchased a license for.
  • If you have purchased a license, try signing out and signing in again with your Adobe ID. 

You are able to install onto a University Managed PC or Mac, and one Personal Device installation via the Adobe website.
