Power BI dashboards can be accessed and interacted with through a number of ways in order to find the information you require. All University of Edinburgh Staff with an Office 365 account have Power BI enabled, this allows you to view and interact with Reports that have been shared with you via 'Apps' by those that have a paid for Power BI Pro licence. To access the content that has been shared with you navigate to Power BI Home and click 'Apps' or follow the steps laid out below. Power BI Home Access Power BI Content via Apps - Sign into your UoE Office 365 account Office 365 login - Click the 'App Launcher' in the top left of the screen Image - Click on the 'Power BI' icon Image Power BI reports can be shared directly in the Power BI service in Office 365 (located in the waffle menu in Office 365), through SharePoint sites, or directly onto web pages. If you are viewing a report in Power BI, the owner of the report may have sent you a direct link, if not the report or dashboard will be located in the Power Bi Apps section. You will need to navigate to the Power BI Apps section in Power BI to open the content.
