Microsoft EES Agreement Participants

Microsoft Campus scheme, now called the Microsoft EES agreement, for 2019/20 covers all university units.

The University of Edinburgh has just signed a new campus wide Microsoft EES agreement for three years - to October 2022. The new counting mechanism is based on EQU - education quailified user - which is a member of staff using a qualified deivce for the benefit of the organsisation. 

We will post more details in due course.

Office365 downloads

Office365 offers the most direct way for staff and student to get Office for use on personal computers and mobile devices. Office365 A1 open to all students and all staff online. Office 365 A3 is available to all students and staff counted in the EQU count.

Notes

** Core desktop includes Windows Enterprise Upgrade, Microsoft Office Professional Plus, Office for Mac, Microsoft Core CAL SuiteOffice Enterprise and MDOP subscription.

Project Pro, Visual Studio Enterprise and Visio pro  are not available under our Campus agreement. They are available to staff and students eligible for Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, see below. Or for purchase under our Select scheme.

Azure Dev Tools for Teaching eligibility. Staff and students in SCE college, MVM college, nursing and social work subject areas can obtain a host of microsoft applications include the two above under the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching scheme.
