Minitab

Minitab is a popular statistical analysis package for scientific applications, in particular for design and analysis of experiments, time series, charts and plots.

Software Services administer an annually renewed site license for the University. The site licence renews on 1 July. All annual license files expire on 30 June.

Please note Minitab cannot be used on a Mac.

Minitab is available on all Open Access PCs across campus

The following schools and colleges have unit wide licenses:

  • College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine (CMVM)
  • School of Biological Sciences 
  • School of Chemistry
  • School of Engineering
  • School of GeoSciences

Request Minitab installation for personal devices from the Software Services Team. Please note this is not an automatic service; submitted forms may take up to a working week to process. Once processed, you will receive an email with a license file and further information. This form is for Students and Staff in Subscribing Schools ONLY.
