All users can view, interact, and share reports in SAP BusinessObjects by default. Users who wish to create new content, or who need to amend the query of an existing report, must request an Advanced Licence from the appropriate content provider. Requesting an Advanced Licence If you need to build BusinessObjects reports as part of your job, you can apply for an Advanced licence from the appropriate content provider. They will assess your request, and if it is approved, they arrange for Service Management to update your permissions within the system.
