Teams Rooms FAQs

Your meeting has been booked as room only. The organiser needs to change this to a 'Teams Meeting'.  If the organiser is not in attendance, please call the support number within the room.

The display screen has entered display mode. Simply press the 'On' button on the control panel and the display should turn on.

Some meeting spaces have 2 separate volume controls, either on the touch screen, or on the panel on the wall.

Please ensure both are turned up. If you are still having issues, please contact support using the number in the room.

Sometimes the screen isn’t automatically shared when a device is plugged in to the HDMI Cable. Simply push the Teams 'Screen share' icon on the touchscreen to share your screen with the remote participants.
