What information does this service gather about you? When you use SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI, certain information is automatically collected about you: Your login information and history Your tool usage, e.g. which ones, which features, and how often Your content usage, e.g. the reports you use, create, store, and export (including scheduled reports) Retention The data gathered is retained for (at least) seven years to be able to fully satisfy our financial reporting responsibilities. The reason the information is gathered We gather the above data for management, support, licence compliance, and information security purposes. Your information is also used in anonymised aggregated form, to enable The University to improve the quality of its general service provision. We do not use the information for any other purposes. Legal basis We collect and use this information under the legal basis: "Legitimate Interest". Automated decision-making This service does not use profiling or automated decision-making processes in relation to you.
