Introduction to UniDesk

UniDesk is a service which supports current service management operations.

UniDesk is an integrated service management tool used by service teams to manage calls, changes, problems and incidents as well as many other aspects of Service Management.

UniDesk Self Service enables all EASE registered users to record and track their support calls.

UniDesk is web based and platform independent with no special add-ins.

UniDesk is used to manage Call, Problem and Change management processes.

Shibboleth is used to authenticate operators and users via each institutions single sign on system (EASE at Edinburgh)
