Details of the network replacement schedule The team has completed all phases of the project including the installation of all central technologies and 98% of the edge network (wired and wireless equipment) in University Buildings. Scheduled Work - Edge NetworkThe Edge network replacement has been 98% completed. The only area outstanding is the School of Physics & Astronomy which is expected to be completed during the early part of 2025.Wi-FiInitial phase - this is a like for like replacement of the existing Wireless Access Points with the new Aruba access points has been completed.Improvement phase - Post install Wi-Fi surveys were carried out to highlight gaps in coverage or poor signal strength.
