We can enable this on your behalf. Note, that this is only available for use with our instance of Jira, external Jira instances cannot be connected. If you would like this app enabled on your team, please raise a call with the IS Helpline. 

Please ensure you are adding the user using their UNIVERSITY LOGIN (Formerly EASE). This is in the uun@ed.ac.uk format. For example: jbloggs@ed.ac.uk. For users external to the University please raise a call with the IS Helpline. 

Note: External users cannot be added to the 'All Staff and Students' team in Miro. This team is for internal collaboration. If external collaboration is a requirement, please add them to a team which allows external user addition. If you do not have access to a team that allows this, please see the information in this page.
