Here are the answers to our most frequently asked GraphPad Prism questions.

You will receive an email from GraphPad with activation instructions. You must use the same email address you receive that email when you activate Prism on your computer.


Yes but you will need to purchase a licence for EVERY system you wish to use it on.


Yes, you can uninstall it from your old machine and install it on your new machine. Please see the article linked below for more information.

Software Services can deactivate old devices if you provide us with the machine ID. Please note this is intended for machines that are being retired as deactivation will block a license from running on that machine and we cannot guarantee reactivation. 


This is not possible with our current license. You can purchase Machine Access Tokens, directly from GraphPad. These will allow you to assign a seat to a shared physical computer so that your lab users don't have to use their own device activations.
