Learning Spaces Technology provide an Audio Visual Repair service across the University Services Advice on Audio Visual faults and workarounds Audio Visual configuration and control programming fixes Site visits to investigate and remedy faults Loan equipment for short term fixes (stock dependant) Follow up installation work should equipment need to be upgraded or replaced Service Exculsions This is a Level 3 service to provide permanent fixes to faults and ongoing issues. Quick responses and workarounds should be provided by Level 1 and Level 2 support services Does not include regular maintenance visits Resourcing If the internal resource is not available to deal with a support request, it will be passed to an external supplier who has in-depth knowledge of Audio Visual systems used across the University. This may mean dealing directly with them to progress and solve the issue.
