Classic SharePoint Sites Information and Support

Information and support for Classic SharePoint Pages.

At the University, new sites are no longer created using the legacy Classic format. However, some existing Team Sites are Classic Types and will soon be transitioned to the modern experience if they have not already been.

It is not possible to move WebParts over from Classic to Modern format. Please seek Advice from your local IT department or the SharePoint team when planning to move from Classic SharePoint to Modern SharePoint.

If you require more information regarding migrating your Classic site to a Modern One, please visit our Migration page.
