How to report a fault with your telephone.

If you’re experiencing a fault on your telephone handset, click here to report the fault to telephone operations.

  • Check the service status and alerts with your telephone administrator
  • If there is an alert, be assured that Communication Infrastructure Services is working to resolve the problem

Communication Infrastructure will carry out remote testing, however, if no fault can be found remotely, an engineer will visit your area to resolve.
