MyEd is the University of Edinburgh's web portal. It is a gateway to web-based services within and beyond the University and offers a personalised set of content with single sign on to key University services such as Learn and Office365.

The Event Booking service is an administrative tool for the scheduling of internal courses, allowing available course searches and online booking.

The University of Edinburgh’s Managed Mobile Service offers flexible packages on a range of smartphones and mobile devices for staff. This is a service for University business and not open for personal usage or obtaining a contract for personal use. The service is only available to Staff, Visiting Staff and Postgraduate Researches. As a result our information pages require a login (via EASE) so that only these designated groups have visibility.

The Edinburgh Voting & Election Service delivers a secure and reliable balloting process for University Elections. The process is delivered by our partner Civica Election Services and uses a secure transferable voting system, approved by University Court and conforms to Electoral Reform Society guidelines for single / multi-seat elections.

UniDesk is used for logging, tracking and reporting on service incidents.

A Committee Intranet is effectively a restricted Document and Content Management System, specifically for Committee information and papers.

This service allows you to send and receive SMS messages to/from mobile telephones.
