What's Happening with EventsAir?

Effective 1st September 2024, EventsAir is discontinued.  This decision has been made after a challenging planning session where it was decided that ISG will not be renewing the contract with EventsAir for next session.  EventsAir was introduced in 2020 to support the running of large scale online events during the pandemic. Utilisation of the service has reduced considerably over the last two years, and after careful consideration, the difficult decision was made to focus our resources on supporting our other centrally supported services.

How will I be supported with large, complex events?

Our Online and Digital Events Service provides guidance about streaming platforms to deliver events (including hybrid) along with some governance matters. The current supported platforms for streaming events support event registration but do not extend to some more complex event features. However, our guidance has been extended to help you find a suitable platform for planning and delivering large and complex events, including:

• call for speakers, abstracts, posters, submissions
• exhibition and kiosk management
