Benefits include 1TB of cloud storage, 50–100GB email capacity, and the ability to install the latest version of Microsoft Office on up to five devices (available to users with A5 licences).The service includes a variety of communication and collaboration tools such as email and calendaring, instant messaging, discussion groups, and online conferencing. It enables departments and teams to create sites for sharing information, storing and managing documents, and collaborating securely.
