Introduction

Once setup, voting is provided in Civica's online voting platform. Postal ballots can also be sent if required.

Online voting is prepared by our approved election services partner with the designated university election coordinator, typically two to four weeks ahead of polling but more time may be necessary to plan for postal voting if required.  Ballot papers will either be sent by email or by post to prospectus voters and all votes are counted electronically using a secure, transferable voting system. When a new election is requested, Information Services staff will provide consultation and manages the relationship with our approved supplier CIVICA 

How to request service

Simply tell us the dates you'd like for polling to take place, provide details about your positions, candidates, and your electorate (if known) and someone will be in touch about arrangements.  Use the request form linked below:
