Once setup, voting is provided in Civica's online voting platform. Postal ballots can also be sent if required. Online voting is prepared by our approved election services partner with the designated university election coordinator, typically two to four weeks ahead of polling but more time may be necessary to plan for postal voting if required. Ballot papers will either be sent by email or by post to prospectus voters and all votes are counted electronically using a secure, transferable voting system.
