Any content uploaded before this can have automatic captions requested using the guidance on this page.Automated captionswill likely have to be adjusted to fix any incorrect word-matches, timing issues, etc. through a web interface. Either the owner of the content on Media Hopper Create, or someone who has been added as a 'co-editor' can request and edit captions. Requesting CaptionsIf your content predates September 2024 in Media Hopper Create, automatic captions can easily be requested for the content using the interface. If you are the owner or a co-editor for a video or piece of audio, it is as simple as clicking Actions under the video player, then Caption & Enrich. Make sure you have read the information shown, ensure the correct source language is selected, and click Submit.
