Can I track learner engagement? Yes. You can view statistics for all ThingLink content that you own or that has been shared with you. Click on the three dots on any content in your Media tab, then Statistics. ThingLink statistics track four types of interaction:Number of views.Number of clicks.Number of actions (clicks on the link buttons inside tags).Approximate time viewers spent on the media. The service and your data are hosted within the EEA. However, the following parts of the service use third-party tools based in the US which, if used, will store any supplied data in the US.ThingLink Support (Zendesk): user needs to manually enter an email address to access support.Newsletter (HubSpot Inc): when teachers create an account we advise they opt-out of the newsletter due to the sharing of your email address (not an option for students) with HubSpot, which is used to manage the ThingLink newsletter. If you have already created an account, you can check your newsletter status:Log into ThingLink and click on the profile settings cog wheel in the top right.In the Allow newsletters setting, check that it says 'Disabled'.If not, select Disable - any data shared will be deleted 30 days after the change.For more information, see ThingLink Privacy Policy. I already have a ThingLink account, how do I use the University's licence? If you already have a ThingLink account, but have not yet used the University's invite code:Log into ThingLink then click Use invite code in the top right.Paste in the invite code CNEF823L and click Join (this code is for staff only).Your account will then be upgraded to the University's institutional licence.
