Replay Scheduler

The Replay Scheduler is a simple online tool for the management of lecture recording scheduling preferences and to enable opt-out of lectures and opt-in of seminar, tutorial and workshop activities.  The Replay Scheduler gives staff full control of automatic scheduling so that your recording preferences can be actioned.

The Replay Scheduler is primarily being used by Course Organisers and Course Secretaries as information about who delivers which lectures is held at School level.  Other members of staff teaching on courses can be added on request by Course Organisers and Course Secretaries.

If you do not wish to have your lectures recorded, the Replay Scheduler has a drop-down menu covering reasons for opting-out. These are:

• pedagogical reasons;

• privacy / legal / ethical reasons;

• personal reasons;

• choosing to use ad-hoc recording.

This version of the Replay Scheduler does not allow you to choose what is recorded in the teaching space.  By default, the system will record all available sources (please see the availability pages for further information on recording capabilities).
