Who can use Media Hopper Replay?

Media Hopper Replay is primarily to support Teaching & Learning. All staff and students have access to the service.

Visiting staff have to be given access to the service when their account is created, visiting students will not have access to the system

How can I use Media Hopper Replay

If you are delivering a lecture in a Replay-enabled room, then your activity will be recorded automatically as per the Lecture Recording Policy. If you do not wish this to happen then you can opt out using the Replay Scheduler.

If your activity is marked as a Seminar, Tutorial or Workshop in timetabling then you can opt-in to have sessions recorded via the Replay Scheduler. If your activity does not match any of the listed activity types or is not booked via the Timetabling unit you can launch an Ad-Hoc recording from within the space or request support in scheduling recordings via the IS Helpline.
