QMP Teams Channel

There is a QMP User Group channel in Teams. This channel can be used for peer help and discussion on techniques for using QMP. It will also be used by the QMP service team to keep users informed on any updates or new features with QMP.

Incident Reporting

To report an incident with an assessment delivered via Questionmark Perception please contact the IS Helpline.

When reporting an incident it would be helpful to send the following information:

  • course name
  • assessment name
  • assessment date(s)
  • assessment venue(s)
  • the issue(s) being reported including any messages displayed by Questionmark Perception
