Here are details of all the information you will need to provide to schedule a QMP assessment. To request an assessment to be scheduled in Questionmark Perception please contact the IS Helpline two weeks before the assessment is due to start with the following information: Course name Assessment name Assessment location on server if already created Excel file containing the following information in separate columns for each student: Student number (with preceding s – e.g. s1234567) Surname First name Any timing adjustments required for particular students We will import this data into QMP from a .csv file - please download this sample file to see the correct format. Document Sample Import File (74 bytes / CSV) The number of attempts each student is allowed The period (dates and times) the examination is to be available to the students Duration of the examination (if applicable) Venue (if applicable) Please provide this information two weeks prior to the exam date to allow us time to process it. It is helpful if you can provide advanced notice of planned exams even before you have full details so we know to expect them.
