Edinburgh College of Art – Learning and Teaching Fair

In addition to listening to some fascinating presentations from colleagues, you will have a chance to browse stands highlighting key services and approaches to learning technology. The stands will provide an opportunity to speak to expert facilitators who support the services or have experience in using these approaches within the University.

In addition to asking questions, you will have an opportunity to ‘get your hands dirty’ and try out any services you think may benefit your learning and teaching.

The day will consist of three main sessions:

You are invited to attend one, two, or all three sessions.

Themes

The Fair aims to cover five ‘themes’:

  1. Interactive Learning and Teaching
  2. Assessment and Feedback
  3. Open Educational Resources
  4. Students as Makers and Co-creators
  5. Exploring Spaces - Online and Physical Spaces

These themes will be covered by both presentations (in the boardroom itself) and stands (room next to the boardroom). A list of presentations, and stands, can be found below.
