This project will begin the annual process to rebuild the timetabling service, allowing a switchover between the current and new academic years. The work is essential, as the users of timetabling service must be able to begin planning for the new academic year while still in the current year. It is a lengthy process as different parts of the service are configured to make the 16/17 year services available to those users at different times, beginning in late 2015 and continuing until the final switchover in August 2016.
