User Services is made up of three sections. Help Services Section Manager: Barry Croucher Help Services is the first point of contact for users to present enquiries and request help. It offers first-line support covering library and e-learning to all the user communities within the University and to the general public. User Support Section Manager: Neil Bruce User Support encompasses the IS Helpline first-line support team and the Operational Services second and third line background teams. It primarily provides IT support for desktop and personal computing services across all platforms, but also has an advisory role for Support Group units and service management improvement activities. Relationship Management Section Manager: Abdul Majothi The Relationship Management team is in place to strengthen relationships between Information Services Group (ISG) and the University Community.
