Technology Management

The Technology Management team provide support of the infrastructure used to deliver the IS Applications Division supported services.

Key activities and skills in the team are:

  • Database and system administration service to maintain the core systems
  • Change management process, to ensure that changes are managed to minimise disruption to live systems
  • Monitoring of the infrastructure to ensure the required capacity, performance and resilience to meet target KPIs
  • Management of the relationship with hardware level service providers within the University
