The Technology Management team provide support of the infrastructure used to deliver the IS Applications Division supported services. Key activities and skills in the team are: Database and system administration service to maintain the core systems Change management process, to ensure that changes are managed to minimise disruption to live systems Monitoring of the infrastructure to ensure the required capacity, performance and resilience to meet target KPIs Management of the relationship with hardware level service providers within the University These resources can be requested via the IS Application Support service.
