The new Online and Digital Events Service has been launched, designed to support any part of the University looking to set-up and hold digital events. Events may vary in complexity and size and can include: 1:1s, Interviews, group meetings, workshops, lectures, interactive events, seminars and conferences. The service was created in response to the number of University events which have been postposed/cancelled in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. This has led to greater interest in technology to support digital events, and demand for hybrid or online events is also expected to become more common in the future. The service will provide advice and guidance on technology along with information on training and support available aligned to digital events.
