The Digital Transformation User Experience programme has reached a significant milestone The Digital Transformation User Experience programme reached a significant milestone with the completion of the initial phase of work on the pilots to prove the User Experience Service delivery model. A User Experience Showcase event was held on 4th April to illustrate the work completed to-date for a range of different business areas. The Showcase included speakers from the projects that have used the User Experience Service, and opportunities to review the insight and discuss the valuable benefits that the work has brought them, other staff and students. For those who were unable to attend, the slides and feedback on the UX Showcase event can be found on the event blog post. Further details of the services, benefits, and the case studies are also available via the new User Experience Service website at: https://www.ed.ac.uk/is/ux There is a small amount of Digital Transformation funding available to support further pilot/case studies work. But there is also the option to use additional funding from within your project or business area budget.
