A new collaborative service, working across the University of Edinburgh, is now to supported by Information Services A new Industry Relationship Management (IRM) service will develop support for industry engagement across the University, including Edinburgh Innovation, Data Driven Innovation, the Principal’s Office, and the School of Informatics. Over the past year, a team from Edinburgh Innovations, supported by ISG and the Business School, have defined common processes for recording and reporting on industry engagement, all using the same technology platform. ISG are now taking on technical support and development for this service. A short, focussed project will define the support procedures and service definition, so that ISG can provide a centralised support service.
