Since 2005 our online postgraduate degrees have been taught by lecturers and tutors who are leading figures in their fields. Online learning has received increased attention and a mixed reception by the public and media lately. Our University has the largest portfolio of online postgraduate degrees in the UK, combined with a 15 year heritage of teaching online. It seems only right then that we should smash some of the myths that exist around learning online. Our mini-series of ‘myth busting’ short films is now live, with the first two films addressing teaching quality and degree value. A further two films will be added shortly.
