New Christian-Muslim Relations Course

A new short online course on Christian-Muslim relations has been launched by the School of Divinity.

The course, delivered on the FutureLearn platform with support from ISG’s Online Course Production team, gives learners an introduction to the academic study of Christian-Muslim relations. It explores some of its key historical moments, compares the teachings of both the Bible and the Qur’an, examines the perennial theological and philosophical debates between Christians and Muslims, and analyses how politics and societies have been directly impacted by Christian-Muslim relations.

The course provides a taster for those interested in applying for the Masters in Islam & Christian-Muslim Relations, also delivered by the School of Divinity.

Those interested in taking the course can enrol now for free, or pay a small fee to upgrade, which provides them with access to the course beyond its close, and a Certificate of Achievement on successful completion.
