A Business Analyst’s Perspective Akshi Kakar is a Business Analyst within Student Systems at the University. Recently, she led the analysis, design, development and release of the system changes in implementing the recently-approved Exceptional Circumstances Policy, and has used Miro in this and many other areas of work, to help communication and collaboration.As well as the Exceptional Circumstances Policy, Akshi has used the huge variety of features not just for collaboration, but also management, planning and modelling:Visualise user requirements through storyboards and user story mapsElicit user requirements via user story hierarchiesCollaborate on front end designs using the wireframing appsBusiness process modellingPlanning and SCRUM sprint meetingsAkshi often uses the benefits of application integration with Jira and other wireframing apps, as it helps her work flexibly with Miro while also maintaining older ways of working. She is able to quickly draw up ideas when online in a way colleagues can understand. I use Miro every day, and so does my team, to organise, visualise and plan our work.
