Exciting student support system enhancements

An update to EUCLID’s student support system to facilitate new student support model.

The Student Systems Partnership team (SSP) has recently focused on facilitating the new University-wide model of student support, with changes to the student record systems on EUCLID and how students and staff use it.

The Adviser-led support model changes the way taught students are supported with Student Advisers and academic Cohort Lead roles. Additional functionality for staff in those roles have been added, with students provided with information about who is supporting them, both directly in EUCLID and via the MyED ‘student support’ channel.

In addition to enhancing student support, the Student Systems Partnership works on improving other areas, including continuous service improvements. Read all about the exciting improvements made to EUCLID and other services here.
