A replacement leisure management system is to be procured to enable University of Edinburgh Sport to deliver an enhanced digital experience for staff, students, and other user groups. University of Edinburgh Sport are aiming to deliver a modern, web-based integrated platform to provide a range of benefits and great user experience including: [scald=33310:sdl_editor_representation {"alt":"University of Edinburgh Sports Logo","caption":""}] Self-service Cloud hosting Payment pathway Customised branding Use of mobile devices to interact with the system The functionality offered by the new system will include: Membership sales Facility and activity bookings Access control Reporting and administration A project team comprising experts from Sport and Exercise, Information Services and Finance has been established to deliver this project. To ensure this delivery goes as smoothly as possible, there will be a first stage focused on system procurement, followed by a second stage on the system implementation.
