Image The Digital Skills and Training team are very pleased to announce that our first SharePoint training course is now live and available for booking through People & Money. The first in a series of three training courses to be run over the next few months, this will be a general introduction to SharePoint and to site creation and planning, run both in-person and as webinars by our new trainer Riccardo Battilani. This course is available to all staff and there are no prerequisites. The training will consist of a theoretical half, where you’ll be introduced to the SharePoint platform and the different types of sites you can create with it, and a practical half where Riccardo will guide you through the creation of a team site and a page, pointing out best practices along the way. A strong focus of the training will be on planning your site before starting creation, to ensure it provides the best possible match for your needs.
