How to write and format email addresses, phone numbers and addresses.

Email addresses

When including an email address on a web page:

  • hyperlink the email address (often this is done automatically)
  • use the email address as the link text

You can include a linked email address within a sentence.

If the email address comes at the end of a sentence, you don't need a full stop after it.
