IS Relationship Management

We are part of the User Services Directorate and work hand in hand with Heads of IT and Senior Leadership in ISG to support the University's strategic IT vision.

Our team consist of friendly professionals with a broad spectrum of expertise and insights applicable to nearly every business function. We consistently engage with our stakeholders to grasp their business objectives and offer assistance in realising their IT goals.

Please note Relationship Management services using CRM processes are provided by our colleagues in Enterprise Architecture.

The team's philosophy has always been to put people first; fundamentally our role is to create and nurture relationships that encourage creativity and adaptability in the face of ever changing business needs and technological advancement.

• Continue to enhance the understanding of the unique value that each College, School, Unit, and Department contributes to the University.

• Promote the uptake and use of ISG services. 

• Help stakeholders across the University access the maximum value from ISG common services.

• Provide feedback and recommendations on potential risks and impact of your project deliverables based on local intelligence.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and efficiency gains.
