Information on how to get your student card. New students You must upload a photo via MyEd if you haven't already done so. Visit the Card Photo Submission channel in the Accounts tab in MyEd to upload your photo. MyEd Submitting your photo via MyEd Students starting in September 2026 can collect their card at the Card Collection Event at the Main Library during Welcome Week. More details will be published nearer the time.Students starting their course at other times during the academic year can collect their cards from the Main Library EdHelp Service desk. Please note that cards cannot be issued until the course start date.Uncollected cards will be kept at the Main Library EdHelp Service desk until the end of your studies. Main Library location and opening hours Online Distance Learner students Cards for Online Distance Learner students will be posted to your home address. Please note that as an Online Distance Learner it may not always be possible to deliver your card to you. We use Royal International Mail so we are relying on your home country to complete delivery.
