Students in Private AccommodationFor students in private accommodation, a booking can be made to collect University card during Card Collection event running in September. Bookings slots will be available here from Monday 11 August 2025. Card Collection Location, Dates and Opening Hours The Card Collection event is in the Main Library on the following dates and times:Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September 12.15pm - 4.45pm (For International Students)Monday 8th – Friday 12th September 9.15am- 4.45pm Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th September 12.15pm - 4.45pm Monday 15th – Friday 19th September 9.15am-4.45pm You will be unable to collect your card before the Card Collection event.Uncollected cards after the Card Collection event will be kept at the Main Library EdHelp Service Desk. Main Library location Online Distance Learner StudentsFor Online Distance Learners starting in September 2025, your card will be posted to your home address beginning of September 2025.
