Information on how to get your student card. New students starting in September 2026 You must upload a photo via MyEd if you haven't already done so. Visit the Card Photo Submission channel in the Accounts tab in MyEd to upload your photo. Submitting your photo via MyEd Students in University Accommodation For students in University Accommodation, if you have submitted a photo before 30th August 2026 your student card should be delivered to your accommodation. Students in Private Accommodation Student cards can be collected from the Main Library EdHelp desk. Main Library location and opening hours Online Distance Learner students Cards for Online Distance Learner students will be posted to your home address at the end of September 2026. Please note that as an Online Distance Learner it may not always be possible to deliver your card to you. We use Royal International Mail so we are relying on your home country to complete delivery. We do not offer tracking or courier service for card delivery.Please note that if we have an incomplete home address we will contact you in October 2026.
