Card Help Desks

Replacement cards can be requested at any of the University Library Card Help Desks or EdHelp Service Desks.

Card Helpdesks are available at the following libraries. Please note production of cards ceases 20 minutes before closing times of Helpdesks. Please check our library opening hours using link below before visiting us.

Central area

  • EdHelp Service Desk, Main Library, Ground Floor, George Square.
  • Law Library, Old College.
  • Edinburgh College of Art Library, Evolution House, West Port. ( No visitors can access from 5pm or at weekends)
  • Moray House Library, Dalhousie Land, 15 St John Street.
  • New College Library, Mound Place.
  • Art & Architecture Library, Minto House, Chambers Street. (Service Currently Unavailable)            

Other areas
