This form is for Library Visitor Borrowers (yellow card borrowers) to request an item which is held in the Closed Stack area of the library.

Closed stack items will be retrieved Mon- Fri, 09.00 - 17.00 and delivered to the Self Collection shelves within the HUB at the Main Library.

You will receive an email informing you when items are available for collection.

Please note: there will be no weekend collections.
