Staff Engagement Survey is Now Open

The survey is a great opportunity for individuals to share their feedback and opinions. The results of this survey will help the University understand what works well and where there is room for improvement.

The first ever all-staff survey was held in 2018 and a lot has happened - to the world and to the University - since then. The new Staff Engagement survey is now open and should only take around 10 minutes to complete, with all answers remaining anonymous. Student employees are also encouraged to complete the survey from their perspective as a member of staff.

Staff feedback

For the university to deliver plans for Strategy 2030, it remains vital that the following goals are met:

· All staff are given a voice in matters affecting them

· Managers gain a better understanding of issues affecting their team’s experience

· There is a visibility and transparency to opportunities, challenges and good practice in staff experience across the University

The findings of the survey will provide insights into staff engagement across the University and guide approaches to hybrid working. The results will also allow the University to measure progress towards delivering the Strategy 2030 goals, as set out in the University’s 16 Key Performance Indicators.

The Staff Engagement Survey is open until Friday 24th February 2023.

Participating in the survey is a great way to contribute to positive and sustainable changes that will benefit everyone working in the University.
