The University's central Drupal-based Web CMS System, EdWeb, is GPDR compliant ahead of the new regulations coming into place on 25th May 2018. This project, UWP021, has delivered changes to the way EdWeb handles cookies, as well as implementing changes to other aspects of the system storing personal information. The project has greatly benefited from the Drupal and business expertise across Applications and Learning, Teaching and Web teams. This was a waterfall project which utilised JIRA to efficiently document technical requirements and changes as the development progressed through to successful acceptance testing. The development from this project will also be available for all sites using the EdWeb distribution. Publication date 04 Jun, 2018
