Between 7 and 11 March 2022, the University’s OER Service and Online Course Production Service have been celebrating Open Education Week. Image Open Education Week is an annual opportunity for sharing and learning about the latest achievements in Open Education worldwide. We’ve run two events this year: Open to the World: Open course development at the University of Edinburgh, a public webinar about our vision for OER and the development of our free short online courses OER in the Curriculum, a digital skills session for colleagues about how open education is being integrated in the curriculum across the university to benefit both staff and students. Watch the Open to the World webinar here Sharing open licenced resources Throughout the week, the OER Service twitter account @OpenEdEdinburgh has also been sharing open licensed resources from our free short online courses that support the aims of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
